Lennar’s Talus Valley East page is a starting point for current collections. Floor plans, availability, incentives and delivery dates can change. Compare lot premiums, financing conditions, landscaping, window coverings, inspections and warranty terms. Parks and daily errands
While exploring Talus Valley, drive the routes to the established Damonte and South Meadows services you expect to use. The Damonte Ranch parks directory is useful for planning nearby outings. DoughBoys Donuts on Damonte Ranch Parkway is an option in the wider South Reno area, rather than an on-site Talus Valley amenity.
Schools and a changing area
Nick Poulakidas Elementary, Depoali Middle School and Damonte Ranch High School are South Reno schools to research as you explore the area. New development does not guarantee a particular school assignment. Confirm the exact lot address with the district, including any future changes.
Look beyond the model home
Ask about future phases, adjacent land, construction access, utility setup, drainage, sun exposure and the finished yard. Builder inventory may not all appear in the MLS, so combine an online search with a direct check of current builder availability.
Attendance zones can change. Confirm an address directly with Washoe County School District.
